Our ministry was birthed primarily for weekly church out reaching. When Matt and Kim Bailey adopted their two children from Burnet, Tx through the State foster system; they noticed that local churches had very little information about Adopting and Fostering local children. Many people in local churches want so desperately to help abandoned children, but do not know how to. Many feel that they need to go outside of the US to help children. This is so far from the Truth. There are over 540,000 children in the US in Foster Care system. Almost 1/3 of these kids are ready to Adopt now! Tapestry Family Foundation is spreading the word of adoption and fostering to local churches all over the state of Texas.

Whether you have one hour per month or 40 hours per week; YOU can make a difference to the lives of Foster children! With your love and support, we can continue our mission of being a voice for the voiceless, share Adoption and Foster Awareness, raise up FAITH houses, and Youth Outreach programs for our teenagers in Foster care.

1.)  We want to give our children a firm God directed foundation and support system to make GENERATIONAL changes for their lives.

2.)  The need for Godly foster parents has never been in such high demand as now. We will visit churches on a weekly basis sharing recent news and stories about the current state of the foster system; and help church members find a place they can get involved to make a difference.

3.)  We are building Faith homes for teenagers to give each teenage child in Foster Care a more permanent, loving and stable home to live. We will teach sustainable living ideas such as ( Organic Gardening, Raising Livestock, Culiary Arts ) , and each month we will bring in business owners to our homes and teach valuable business lessons on how to manage and start a successful bussiness.

4.)  Each month we have a Youth Outreach program that reaches our teenage children, by hosting a 3 hour venue; which entails great food, games, fellowship, Prayer, Group discussions, and successful business and college planning.
